Manufacturing
The manufacturing plant is over 11,000 square feet with two multi-use fillers, (one dedicated for water) and a bag-in-box filler. Our lines can run a variety of P.E.T. and glass packages. We are currently filling 8 oz., 10 oz., 0.5 liter, 1 liter, 32 oz., 1/2 gallon, and 1 gallon in P.E.T. and glass. Bag-in-box sizes include 1 gallon, 3 gallon and 5 gallon along with 5 gallon pails.
Whether we are batching your formula or ours, we follow strict quality control standards. We have multiple tanks along with two cooking kettles to handle a variety of products.
A critical element in our operation is safety - both food safety and employee safety. To ensure the highest standards of food safety for our customers, we are HACCP compliant and are audited annually by leading international food safety and quality solutions consultants.
